Very large hotel, a number of buildings, large pool, big selection of breakfast, good location. When I checked in, the room had strong smell from previous customer. As I have mentioned, they quickly changed my room.

I liked the modern look and feel of the room. However, the room as a semi-transparent glass between the bathroom and room. So, you can partly see what's happening in the bathroom. In the second room I stayed, the divider is just glass. You can clearly see inside. However, it has a window blind. So, for double occupancy, with friends or colleague it can be an issue. Rooms were too small than my expectation. Bellboys could be trained little more to communicate, and great with smile.

Adequate without the wow factor

Room was adequate although the connecting doors were nor that great to utilise

Staff wanting to help. Stayed on 8th floor after climbing steps but had serious mobility issues. Staff offered to assist and then did nothing.

The swimming pool was great and the location was okay.

After waiting about 15 mins for checking in, they provided us with the downgraded small rooms which smelled really bad and the water was leaking in a bathroom which looked very cheap. Even though we booked deluxe rooms. I called them and told them these weren’t the rooms we booked. They lied and tried to fool us by saying we actually upgraded you. Anyways, we got our deluxe rooms after an argument lasted for 10 mins with a staff called Anji. In our deluxe rooms we had no WiFi the whole stay. The fridge was not working. One A/C in one of the rooms was not working. The worst three days stay in my travel history.

The property is definitely not 5 star like advertised. This is a 3 star property at best that caters for tour groups. Look elsewhere if looking for a 5 star hotel, this is not one.

This is a very well run hotel.

This is a very well run hotel. Very new. 5 separate complex buildings Excellant pool .. spas Comfortable beds Shower is excellent Hairdryer. Breakfast has fruit, westernised buffet Coffee excellent Waffles, pancakes for breakfast. Lots of Indian tourists .. situated in Indian Section Very happy to stay here again

Rooms have very small amount of insulation’s Noisy near lifts A lot of buses Indian and Chinese. They talk out loud in hallways.

Best for families, friends, and solo traveling!

- Friendly, polite, super helpful staffs - Super clean hotel. Beautiful and relaxing environment - Smart system in the room. Lights are all controled by smart touching system - Welcoming drinks (Wine, Beer, Liquor, Juice, Soda etc.) - Our room was a pool view and could hear the sound of water from the swimming pool that was designed to be like a mini waterfall. So relaxing amd refreshing! - Easy to go to places by personal car or public transportation. Close to Balihay Bay Pier and walking street is within 15 minutes walk - fitness - Indian restaurant

- The door to the balcony was broken a little bit. Couldnt close one side without opening the other one. But we managed it. - Chlorine pool but the swimming experience was great anyways

Overall it was ohay.

over all it was good, but during our stay we found construction going on and we had to went through under the scaffolding in the staircase area. unnecessary musical noise even we heard from 7th floor. Staff was really very good and always helpful. I wish in my next visit i will choose this hotel again because of their hospitality.

Hotel is clean generally.

Water leak in the shower head. Water drainage in the bathe room very smelly. Hotel room door don't have peep hole, cannot see who knocks on the door. Breakfast buffet very limited choice, every day almost simliar food.

The room was old n worn out. There were flies inside the room and toilet smell like sewage when you showered and towel was yellow and torn. Stains on bed as well and very rowdy and noisy guests which were not managed well by security
